The SOM doctoral program provides a solid foundation in theory
and research with the goal of preparing students for careers in academia as well as for positions in the public and private
sector. Throughout the program, you will develop a broad understanding of business disciplines and how they interrelate. The
program emphasizes research skills that are based upon a wide range of quantitative and qualitative approaches that integrate
multiple disciplines and philosophies of science. Drawing on the strengths of the University, you will have many opportunities
